Section M13
 

  1. Our Minister of Foreign Affairs may, in consultation with our Minister of the Interior and Kingdom Relations, designate a Dutch diplomatic or consular mission where an electoral committee/polling station shall be established for postal voting. Notification of such designation shall be made in the Government Gazette.


 



  1. An electoral committee/polling station for postal voting may also be established for persons entitled to vote who have their actual place of residence in a country other than the country in which the diplomatic or consular mission of the Netherlands is established.


 



  1. In Aruba, Curaçao and St Maarten, Our Minister of the Interior and Kingdom Relations shall establish electoral committees/polling stations for postal voting at the Dutch representation.


 



  1. in consultation with our Minister of the Interior and Kingdom Relations, designate one or more military missions outside the Kingdom for which an electoral committee/polling station shall be established for postal voting.


 



  1. The members and alternate members of the postal vote electoral committees referred to in subsections 1, 3 and 4 shall be appointed well before each election by Our Minister of Foreign Affairs, Our Minister of the Interior and Kingdom Relations or Our Minister of Defence.
