The principal electoral committee shall determine, in respect of each list, the number of votes cast for each candidate and the sum of these numbers. The sum shall be referred to as the total vote.
The principal electoral committee shall also determine the number of blank votes and the number of invalid votes cast.
The chairperson shall announce the results thus obtained.
