Article 348
 

(1) The candidates for President and Vice President of the Republic, the parties, coalitions and the person who represents the nomination committee, which have registered candidates, may dispute the legitimacy of the election of President and Vice President before an authority referred to in Article 150 (1) of the Constitution within seven days after the Central Election Commission makes public the decision declaring the election results.


(2) Within 15 days after the Central Election Commission makes public the decision declaring the election results, the authority referred to in Article 150 (1) of the Constitution, acting on the challenge received under Paragraph (1) or on its own initiative, may approach the Constitutional Court with a reasoned petition to pronounce on the legitimacy of the election of President and Vice President of the Republic.
