Every citizen having the right to vote, who, no later than on the day of the elections, has attained the age of 21 years, shall be eligible to be elected to the Sejm.
Every citizen having the right to vote, who, no later than on the day of the elections, has attained the age of 30 years, shall be eligible to be elected to the Senate.
No person sentenced to imprisonment by a final judgment for an intentional indictable offence may be elected to the Sejm or the Senate.
