(1) If a voter who wishes to vote outside the voting district of his or her residence is unable to vote at a polling place located in a voting district due to his or her state of health or for another good reason, he or she may, until 2 p.m. on the last day of advance voting, submit a written application to vote at his or her location to the rural municipality or city government of his or her location or to a voting district committee designated pursuant to the procedure prescribed in subsection 34 (2). The voting district committee shall register the application. The rural municipality or city government shall register the application and forward it to the appropriate voting district committee. [RT I, 01.11.2012, 1 - entry into force 11.11.2012] (2) Voting shall be organised by at least two members of the voting district committee pursuant to the provisions of subsections 27 (3), 32 (4)–(6) and 35 (1), (2) and (4).
