(New, SG No. 39/2016, effective 26.05.2016) Six months before general elections of municipal councillors and of mayors, the municipality mayors and the regional governors shall conduct a check according to the procedure established by Article 99b of the Civil Registration Act of all address registrations effected during the last 12 months. Any such check shall be completed not later than three months in advance of the conduct of the general elections.
