§ 49.
 

(1) If a ship flying the national flag of the Republic of Estonia has voters on board and is located in international waters or waters of a foreign state on advance voting days or the day of the referendum, the master of the ship may submit an application to the State Electoral Office to hold voting on board the ship. [RT I, 06.05.2016, 1 - entry into force 01.01.2017] (2) The master of a ship shall organise voting on board the ship pursuant to the provisions of this Act not earlier than on the thirtieth day before the day of the referendum. A voter shall vote on board a ship pursuant to the provisions of subsections 35 (3) and (4). Upon ascertaining of the voting results, votes cast on board a ship shall be taken into account pursuant to the provisions of subsections 48 (1) and (7) and 41 (4)-(7).
