Section R4
 

  1. The names of the candidates shall be placed on the lists in the order in which preference is given to them.


                                                                                       



  1. No one list may include the names of more than fifty candidates. In the case of a political grouping whose appellation appeared at the top of a list of candidates to which more than fifteen seats were awarded at the last election of members of the representative assembly in question, the number of names that may appear on the same list may not exceed eighty. The provisions of the previous sentence shall apply mutatis mutandis to combined appellations of two or more groupings.
