(1) The National Electoral Committee shall approve the results of the referendum by a resolution after the day of the referendum but not before the term for filing complaints with the National Electoral Committee and the Supreme Court has expired or before final resolutions have been made in respect of such complaints. [RT I, 06.05.2016, 1 - entry into force 01.01.2017] (2) In the case prescribed in § 61, the National Electoral Committee shall approve the results of the referendum after the repeat vote, taking into consideration subsection (1) of this section. (3) The results of the referendum are deemed to have been declared on the date following publication of the resolution of the National Electoral Committee in the Riigi Teatajaaccording to subsection (1) or (2).
