Written notice of every decision relating to the admission of a person appointed to be a member of a provincial or municipal council shall be given by the presiding officer of the provincial or municipal council respectively to the appointee.
A person who has not been admitted shall be notified of the reasons for the decision.
Subsection 1 shall apply mutatis mutandis if no decision has been taken by the provincial council or the municipal council because of repeated tied votes or a tied vote at a plenary meeting on a resolution concerning admission.
