Any chairperson of a constituency election commission or a municipal election commission, who fails to publish the scanned tally sheets of the section election commissions, as well as the scanned tally sheets of the constituency election commission or the municipal election commission, on the Internet site of the commission, shall be liable to a fine of BGN 800 or exceeding this amount but not exceeding BGN 3,000.
