Section Y6
 

  1. Dutch nationals who have their actual place of residence in another member state may be registered in the Netherlands to vote in elections to the European Parliament only if they have declared that they will not take part in the election in the other member state.


 



  1. The declaration referred to in subsection 1 shall be submitted at the same time as the request referred to in section D 3, subsection 1. It shall be incorporated in the form referred to in section D 3b, subsection 6. The wording of the declaration shall be established by ministerial order.


 



  1. The municipal executive of The Hague shall refuse a request as referred to in section D 3, subsection 1 if it has been notified by the relevant member state that the applicant is registered as a voter in that state.
