If a member of the European Parliament finds himself in one of the situations referred to in section Y 28, he shall immediately notify the President of the House of Representatives of this, stating the reason.
If no notification is given and the President of the House of Representatives considers that a member of the European Parliament is in one of the situations referred to in section Y 28, he shall warn the person concerned in writing.
The person concerned may then refer the matter to the judgment of the House of Representatives no later than the eighth day after the date of the warning referred to in subsection 2.
