Electoral registers
If the electoral register has not been compiled or it has not been presented in good time or if the provisions of this Act have not been adhered to, then the district commissioner, as soon as he or she receives information thereon, shall undertake the necessary measures to immediately compile an electoral register and to correct whatever was lacking in compliance with the law.
