Agents

Each political organisation that has put forward candidates is entitled to have two agents present when the National Electoral Commission delivers rulings pursuant to Article 44 with respect to which organisations the electoral lists that have been put forward belong to, as well as during all work of the National Electoral Commission regarding the allocation of parliamentary seats.

In the event of a dispute concerning whether or not an electoral list is to be considered linked to the political organisation that its sponsors wish, the National Electoral Commission shall then grant the sponsors an opportunity to appoint special agents to take care of their interests while the dispute is being resolved.
