If the authority referred to in section Y35b, subsection 1 asks the central electoral committee for a declaration as to whether a candidate has been disqualified from standing for election in the Netherlands, the central electoral committee shall ask Our Minister of Security and Justice for a declaration to that effect. The declaration shall be issued immediately.
The central electoral committee shall immediately forward the declaration by Our Minister of Security and Justice to the authority referred to in subsection 1.
