Article 107.f

The electoral body whose work is observed may not exclude such observing, but may limit the number of observers if the lack of space or some other reasons do not permit all observers to be present at the same time. Political parties, voters who nominated candidates, nongovernmental organisations and international organisations must be provided with an opportunity to have at least one observer at the polling station or electoral body.

Electoral bodies shall provide observers with an opportunity to observe and follow their work.

The observer is entitled to observe the election procedure as a whole and has the right of access to all of electoral materials until the official final results of the elections are announced.
