Voting at the polling session
Polling may not be ended until eight hours have passed from when the polling session began and not earlier than half an hour has passed from when the last time a voter appeared. However, polling may be ended when all who are listed on the electoral register have cast their votes, and after five hours if the whole electoral commission and the agents agree thereto, provided that half an hour has passed from when the last time a voter appeared.
Polling sessions should, however, not be ended later than 10pm on the election day. Those voters who have presented themselves before that time are, however, entitled to vote.
