Article 21
 

(1) The political parties, political alliances, electoral alliances and organisations of citizens belonging to national minorities participating in the elections under the present title, as well as the independent candidates, may contest the way of forming and the structure of the electoral bureaux, within 48 hours of the expiry of the time limit of setting up or, as appropriate, of completion of these bureaux.


(2) The contestations shall be submitted to and solved by the electoral body set up at the level immediately superior to the one at which operates the bureau referred to in the contestation, or by the High Court of Cassation and Justice, if the contestation refers to the Central Electoral Bureau, within no more than two days of the registration. The decision or, as appropriate, the resolution given, shall be final.
