Election postponement and repeat elections


If a repeat election becomes necessary because an election is judged invalid according to Article 46 of the Constitution, cf. Articles 120 and 121 of this Act, then the Ministry of Justice shall make an announcement calling a new election in the constituency and determining the new election day as soon as possible, and not more than one month later.


In other respects the election shall be conducted as laid down in this Act.
