Expenses

The implementation of this Act shall be as follows:

1. The Treasury shall pay necessary expenses for the work of the National Electoral Commission and for the electoral materials and equipment which the Ministry of Justice or the National Electoral Commission provides, as well as for facilities for use by the National Electoral Commission.


2. The Treasury shall pay the necessary expenses for the work of the senior electoral commissions [and for the regional electoral commissions]¹⁾and for the electoral materials and equipment which the senior electoral commissions provides, as well as for facilities used for the counting of the votes.


3. [The Treasury shall pay]²⁾ the necessary expenses for the work of the local electoral commissions and for electoral commissions pursuant to paragraph 2 of Article 15, and for the electoral materials and equipment which these electoral commissions provide, for facilities used for the polling sessions and for the ballot boxes.
