if anyone runs for a seat in parliamentary elections knowing that he or she is not eligible,
if anyone runs for a parliamentary seat through more than one candidature,
if a voter intentionally disqualifies the ballot paper when casting his or her ballot at a polling station on election day, or when casting the ballot with a pre-election election manager.
if a voter discloses or intentionally puts on view how he or she votes or has voted,
if anyone spies on whom a voter elects or has elected,
if a voter feigns loss of eyesight or other disability in order to obtain assistance with the casting of the ballot,
if anyone intentionally neglects to deliver a letter with a ballot that he or she was commissioned to deliver, or if that person wilfully delays the sending of votes and ballots,
if anyone gives inaccurate or misleading information with respect to himself or herself or others in the manner indicated in item (d) of Article 117, unless there is a more severe punishment prescribed under other provisions of this Act or under other acts,
