Definition of complaint

For the purposes of this Act, a complaint is a request filed with the National Electoral Committee for an act of the elections manager to be declared unlawful and an appeal filed with the Supreme Court pursuant to the procedure provided for in § 721 of this Act against a decision or act made by the National Electoral Committee, which is prepared according to the requirements of this Act.
