Review of complaint in National Electoral Committee

(1) A complaint shall be filed with the National Electoral Committee within three days as of: 1) making the contested act or 2) reviewing a notice provided for in § 68 of this Act.

(2) The National Electoral Committee shall review the complaint and adopt a resolution within five working days as of receipt of the complaint.

(3) The National Electoral Committee shall adopt one of the following resolutions: 1) to dismiss the complaint; 2) to satisfy the complaint; 3) to satisfy the complaint partially.

(4) The National Electoral Committee shall promptly communicate the resolution to the complainant. [RT I, 06.05.2016, 1 - entry into force 01.01.2017]
