(1) The use of a null or false voting card, or false ballot paper by an elector, the introduction into the ballot box of extra ballot papers than he/she is entitled to, or the forgery by any means of the documents in the electoral bureaux shall be considered infractions, and be punishable by prison from 2 to 7 years.
(2) Any attempted action shall be punishable.
