(1) Voters comprised by section 2(1) and who prior to commencement of the Act has submitted a request to be included in the electoral register, shall be entered in the electoral register in the City of Copenhagen according to the rules applying up to now.

(2) The Minister for Social Welfare may lay down rules that voters comprised by subsection 1, upon request, may be entered in the electoral list according to the rules of section 16(1).
