Financing of the election events by election commissions

1. The financing of the election events at elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, deputies of the Parliament, maslikhats as well as members of other local selfgovernment bodies shall be carried out by the Central Election Commission.

2. The chairperson of the election commissions shall dispose the financial resources and shall bear the responsibility for the conformity of the financial documents with the decisions of the election commissions on financial issues.
