If a physical handicap prevents a voter from voting or signing the list of voters, a member of his/her family or some other trusted person shall make marks in the ballot paper and shall sign the list of voters in the voter’s presence according to his/her instructions. A special entry to this effect shall be made in the list of voters. A member of the relevant election commission may not act as this trusted person.
