Finally, it is noted that under Article 10.2 of the draft law, the three months’ time limit for concluding the registration continues to run even in cases where an application for registration needs to be re-submitted due to inaccuracies. This may be problematic in cases where an initial application for registration is submitted close to the end of the three months’ period, as the time period could then run out before the application can be resubmitted. Article 10.2 of the draft law should be revised to allow for an interruption of the time period in cases where the authorised body sends back applications due to inaccuracies.
