Articles 32 to 34 of the draft law regulate the procedure for prohibition or suspension of political parties. Only the National Assembly and the Government are entitled to make an application to this effect to the Constitutional Court, which reflects Articles 168 and 169 of the Constitution. It should be pointed out that during the visit to Yerevan and the meeting with the Constitutional Court, the delegation was informed that no political party has ever been suspended or prohibited in Armenia.
