Article 33 of the draft law enumerates the grounds for suspending political parties. The suspension of activities is a strong interference with the activity of a political party. Indeed, Article 33.3 establishes that, during the period of suspension, a political party shall be prohibited to carry out any activities, except those which are necessary for eliminating violations or fulfilling other pending obligations.
