The draft law, as well as the Electoral Code, as stated in the First Joint Opinion on the Electoral Code, should encourage general inclusiveness within political parties, also e.g. for persons with disabilities, as demanded in Article 29 of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
