Extraordinary elections for the Parliament of Georgia

In the case of pre-term dissolution of the Parliament of Georgia, extraordinary elections for the Parliament of Georgia shall be held on the 60th day after the issuance of a presidential edict on pre-term dissolution of the Parliament, and the President of Georgia shall set the date for the extraordinary elections as soon as the edict on pre-term dissolution of the Parliament comes into effect.
