§ 1 The legal representative has the right to complain to the Supreme Court against the decision of the National Electoral Commission to refuse to accept a notice of establishment of the electoral committee. The complaint must be lodged within 2 days of service of the decision on the legal representative of the refusal to accept a notice of establishment of the electoral committee.

§ 2 The Supreme Court shall hear the application in the composition of three judges, in nonlitigious proceedings, and issue its ruling on the complaint within 3 days. The decision of the Supreme Court is not subject to a remedy. The judgment shall be delivered to the legal representative and the National Election Commission. If the Supreme Court finds in favour of the application of the legal representative the National Electoral Commission immediately takes notice of the establishment of the election committee.
