Furthermore, the same law states, in Article 58 (4), that “A person included in a party’s electoral list shall have the right to withdraw his or her consent to be nominated as an MP candidate prior to the date of registration. Such a person shall be deemed excluded from the electoral list of a party from the moment of receipt of the Central electoral commission of a statement of withdrawal…”
