This lack of right to appeal against a decision of a party congress could create additional problems in the light of the right to be elected.10 If the excluded candidate wins the case in the court of law after the date when candidates next on the list get their seats in the parliament, there is practically no possibility to redress the situation. At least, the appeal should have a suspensive effect.
