1. Laws on the presidential elections in the Russian Federation shall include the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Federal Law No. 67-FZ On Basic Guarantees of Voting Rights and the Right to Take Part in a Referendum Belonging to the Russian Federation Citizens of June 12, 2002 (hereinafter — “the Federal Law On Basic Guarantees of Voting Rights and the Right to Take Part in a Referendum Belonging to the Russian Federation Citizens”), this Federal Law, other federal laws.

2. The basic concepts and terms used herein shall be applied in the same meaning as in the Federal Law On Basic Guarantees of Voting Rights and the Right to Take Part in a Referendum Belonging to the Russian Federation Citizens unless otherwise provided hereby.
