According to this Law, unless new mayor and members of municipal councils are elected, the provisions of Addendum to 25/9/1980 day and 2303 numbered 3/4/1930 dated and 1580 numbered Act of Municipalities, Law on changing Three Provisional Articles and Adding Three Provisional Articles to 25/9/1980 day and 2303 numbered 3/4/1930 dated and 1580 numbered Act of Municipalities with 2303 numbered Law.
