MALTA - Act to Regulate the Formation, the Structures, Functioning and Financing of Political Parties and their Participation in Elections
Political parties shall receive equal treatment by the State without prejudice to any law or regulation based on objective differences particularly those based on the size of the parties or which regulate the workings of the electoral process.
