In the first local administrations, provincial and municipal councils and mayors  elections that will be held after this Law comes into force; 

a)      In the specially manufactured combined ballot papers with watermark of Supreme Election Council, special signs of political parties that attend elections, their abbreviations, full names and an empty circle with diameter of 2 cm for each party exist.

List, indicating the names of the political parties attending to elections and names of the independent candidates is hang in appropriate place in each polling station for to be examined by the electors.
