Between 120 and 123 members of parliament are elected under a proportional representation system from closed lists. Of these, 20 members of parliament are elected from candidate lists in each of the 6 in-country constituencies under the d’Hondt formula and up to 3 members of parliament are elected from a single out-of-country constituency.
