Regarding the position of a MEP, with respect to the acquisition and termination of the MEP's term of office, regarding the incompatibility of the MEP's office with other offices, regarding the deputy's immunity, regarding the material and other conditions for the work of a MEP, regarding the right of a MEP subsequent to the termination of the term of office, and regarding the limitations and obligations related to the MEP office, the provisions of the EU regulations shall be applied; regarding the issues which are not regulated by the EU regulations, the provisions of the Deputies Act and the provisions of other acts applicable to deputies of the National Assembly shall be mutatis mutandis applied.
