(1) During the electoral campaign, the candidates and the representatives of the competing political parties shall have access only to the electoral shows and debates on public and private radio and television stations, under the terms of Articles 66 to 68.

(2) During the electoral campaign, the candidates and the representatives of the competing political parties may not be producers, directors or anchors of the shows produced by public and private radio broadcasting stations.
