ROMANIA - Law no. 208/2015 on the election of the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies, as well as on the organisation and functioning of the Permanent Electoral Authority
The provisions of this law concerning the body of electoral experts, polling stations, the Electoral Register and the permanent electoral lists shall apply accordingly to the elections for the President of Romania, for the local public administration authorities, for the European Parliament, as well as to national and local referendums.
