Article 4
Only a person entitled to vote under Article 2, paragraph (1), 25 years of age on the day of the poll may be elected as the Head of regional self-government (hereinafter referred to as ”the Head”) if there are no restrains to prevent him from execution of his voting right under Article 2, (2)(b) and (c).
