(1) The numbering of the electoral constituencies in each county, as well as that of the sector electoral constituencies in the Municipality of Bucharest is done by the prefect, by order, within three days from the setting of the election date.
(2) The numbering is done by starting with the municipality-county seat and it continues with the other municipalities, towns and communes, in the alphabetical order of each category of administrative-territorial units.
