Article 85 of the Constitution11 provides for a possibility for the deputy concerned (or for another deputy) to appeal to the Constitutional Court against the decision on lifting of immunity by the Parliament within seven days as from the date of that decision. The Constitutional Court can annul the decision of the Assembly on the grounds that it is contrary to the Constitution, law, or the Rules of Procedure.
