Article 101
 

(1) For the mayor’s offi ce, the constituency electoral bureau shall centralise the votes.


(2) The candidate having obtained the highest number of validly cast votes shall be declared mayor.


(3) A second round of elections shall be organised, two weeks after the first round, in the event of a tie between several candidates, and only the candidates in this situation shall participate in it.
