Article 107

The candidates elected both for the position of local counsellor and for the position of county counsellor shall be bound to choose, within ten days from the date of the last validation, one of the two positions.

The positions thus vacated shall be fi lled in accordance with Article 100 (33).

The provisions of this article shall also apply in the case of the members of the General Council of the Municipality of Bucharest, who cannot be, at the same time, members of the local councils of the sectors of the Municipality of Bucharest as well.
