Within the meaning of this law, the lawfully established organisations of Romanian citizens belonging to national minorities shall be assimilated to political parties. The organisations of Romanian citizens belonging to national minorities having their own parliamentary group in both Chambers of Parliament shall be assimilated to parliamentary political parties.
